Help help help!!!!!!!

I like a dummy have managed to lock my passenger seat on the bike. I forgot to reattach the cable to release the lock. How do I fix this ? Please help!!!

Do you own a claw hammer?

I would think you can get something under the tail and pop it.

You may have to drill a hole in the undertail to access the compartment.

There is a way to do it without cutting anything. I don't remember how, but it is a commom question here. Search for it or wait for somebody that knows to come in.

Do a search on this , as I recall, this has happened to others. There is a thread on how to access the hump lock when this happens, your not the first

get a long skinny flat head and a nice fat one to with a good light go to the back of the bike and face it. now on your left near the center of the seat lift it up with the fat flat head you will have to pry a bit, now get some one to shine the flash light in take the skinny flat head (you should see the piece the cable hooks to), now with the little flat head you pull it to the left and lift the seat. all done
