I bought the bike like this and not sure what this is tried looking it up

I've been around motorcycles a long time and have never seen that one before....

If one Googles this, it comes up as a part for an electric bicycle???

I'd say follow @GIXERHP 's advice and trace the lines back to their source....it must be some sort of fueling programmer but not a common one.

I was thinking maybe an ignition module or something but just a guess.

I spent quite some time doing fruitless searching of this. I only found a small cached statement:

"Addmotor began as a motorcycle parts company in 2006, specializing in fairings and other aftermarket accessories. In 2011, they entered the electric bicycle space and have …"

So it sounds like a rebranded computer from them.

Is there model information written on the hidden sides of it or is there no other writing?
