Hayabusa Overheating? Reservoir bubbling?

I recently reassembled my radiator because i took it off to put on an exhaust and all the colant was drained fron it and now the colant reservoir is bubbling and the bike is over heating quickly. What should i do?

Make sure you don't have an air pocket and that your thermostat is opening.
Double check what you did against the manual

Anything is possible, he also posted looking for hardware. After putting his bike back together he had bolts fall out. Possibly not filling the radiator.
