I see that you have a whole where a slider head would go

, am I correct ? And if so, Geezzzzzz, the sliders didn't help ya very much, I might need to reconsider them and there pros and cons according to Revus

No slider hole there... the only hole is for the fastener.  A slider wuold be drilled out a little above and behind that hole.  With a slider, you wouldn't have seen the top half of that fairing get damaged.  If you have any doubts about the value of sliders, ask Gunnybusa for a testamonial......
Thanks MC

lol, no i'm a nice guy....that's why i posted on here the night it happened to see if i can get some cans that are in good shape to buy....stock ones are expensive to say the least. but i agree with you, nobody will ever ride it again that's for sure. it only had 14 miles on it when it happened.

... although looks ugly , a slider will reduce the cost a lot .

that hurts me to think about it (14 miles), but at least no one was hurt. that happened to me with my zx-11, 1 month old guy sits on it , falls over. i only let one friend ride mine and he is the same with me, but we both have the understanding, if you lay it down, you pay. sweet bike though.

Hey it worked.  This is what I hope to ride back from SoCal next Saturday.  Hmmm, I-5 or 101 and 1?
