Has Spencer Cycle Gone Out of Business?

Trying to patronize a board sponsor, I ordered a top triple tree from Spencer Cycle on 5/18/2010 via their web page. Called on 5/26/2010 to both their toll free and regular phone lines (800-510-1945 and 704-642-0987) and left messages to get a status on my order. No response.

Today, 5/27/2010, I called both numbers and they have been disconnected. ???

Great. Anyone have any further information?

Couldn't find anything that said they were closed. I'm sure someone will chime in shortly.

I think most sponsors are at the big events right now, let me get ahold of them on the bat phone...
