I bought the Honda polish and let me tell you it is the bomb. It worked so good and so easy on the bike that when I was done I did my bass boat. The bike is brand new but the boat has a few years on it and now it looks like new. I'm telling you, get the Honda polish.

+1 for Zaino. BulletTrain started posting about it a few years ago and I gave it a shot and haven't turned back. Haven't done a great job at keeping stuff clean in the last year or so, but coming back stronger than ever. Will have to post some pics up soon. Here's some pics on the Zaino site of his bike: Pics of 'Da Train

KAI, here's a link to the get you started if you're curious: Zaino

+1 on the Meguiar's cleaner wax. Wash the bike down well. I use a spray bottle and clean cotton rags and just water unless there is some tough bug stuff. Then I use a Simple Green solution clean off the bug or road grease and rinse immediately with clean water.

For all the metal parts, especially the swingarm, etc. I use Simple Green with an immediate fresh water rinse from the spray bottle.

Work from the bottom up and change rags when you get up to the easy to see sections.

Use the Honda Polish for a great shine. Use the cleaner wax next. It's easiest if you have a lift or if you take the plastic off the bike.

You can use the Meguiar's Quick Detail on a daily or weekly basis if you like. Works great on bikes.

That's how I do it when I'm not riding. Which is not often lately. Some people think I NEVER clean the bike!

Would you guys recommend using clay bars? I was looking it up last night and read it cleans what ever is left over from washing it. Apparently washing it isn't good enough. I guess its not as bad as doing it to a car just because its a lot smaller and less work

and thanks for all the info guys

A clay bar can remove small debris embedded in the paint.  If the paint feels perfectly smooth you don't need it.  It's good for overspray etc.  I like Meguiars 3 step cleaner, polish & wax.  Polish & wax only after initial time.  Use quick detail spray on wipe off for daily clean-up.  Zaino is very good as well and the more coats you apply the better & deeper it looks.  Hard to get, though.

If you want to apply multiple coats, do you have to give it time between each coating? Or do you just coat, wipe, coat, wipe etc..

Meguiers nxt wax and their spray detail are among the best Ive tried!!!
i would have to agree with this one and i've tried many others. a good paste wax is always the best hands down but if your looking for a quick coat this is the way to go.

I just started using White Diamonds, Ken Wheeler recommended it to me when he replaced my rear tire a couple weeks ago. I have polished rims and he did a little spot for me I was impressed and still am. it has some wax in it he said. Its alittle expensive but seems to be worth it.
