Gun nuts; P1 value?

I don't typically ever sell any of my firearms.. but I have my eye on a Sig P238.. and an easy way to fund it would be to sell an existing firearm.

I have a Walther P1 (basically a later P38). It has been used VERY little.. in fact, I'd say less than a couple boxes thru it total. It is perfect, and has both clips.

What is this sucker worth?

NEW IN BOX $699, EXCELLENT $596, GOOD $334 if it is in 9mm Para, 7.65 Luger
Add about $40 if its .22 caliber

Thanks! It's a 9mm, and although it's not "in the box", it is about as close to new as one will find.
