Months ago study said, eating a handful of nuts can cut your risk of
heart attack by 1/3. Nu study claims eating nuts 5 days a week can
cut your risk by 1/2. OK how about eating those babies 2x a day, 7
days a week. Cut your risk by75%? Nuts will improve the lining of veins
and arteries they claim.
Decades ago, I heard Jack Lalanne extoll the advantages of eating
nuts. and foods in their natural state, displacing the deathburgers, fries
chips etc. Worked for me.
So, drop yer buns and grab yer nuts:laugh:

Good information. If you eat them 30 minutes before meal time, it will also increase the rate at which you burn fat. Combine that with whole grain breads, and you will be a calorie burning machine!
 
Good info. I started eating almonds a couple of years ago, and my cholesterol went down 50 points. :thumbsup:

amazing...just today a co worker and i were talking about nuts and thier content and suggested only walnuts rest too much bad stuff in them

Walnuts my fav, best for cholestoral and easier on teeth. Macadamas have
too much oil, (maybe).
