Got my bike back (it turns again!)

well I got my "Bash" tires mounted and was going to just take the bike down the street real quick, that turned to around the block, then the neighborhood, then across town and finally a run down the highway...

This thing is back on rails again! yeeehawww!~!! The 5K on that funked front tire had me tired of riding the bike and now? Yipeeee!!! (kind of ground one of my buell pegs on the ground but what the heck was worth it)

Oh, yea... Dunlop Qualifiers...

I was all but convinced I was just having Corsa3 withdrawls or I just sort of "lost the feel" for the bike you would think after 8 sets of tires on that thing, I would know what to expect..

I LOVE my Qualifiers !! SOOOOO much difference from the stock 56's !!!! Still want to try PP 2 CT's, and Corsa III's, just to see which 1's I like the best ??

I got 6,500 miles out of my stock Battle Axe's, but that was almost all highway. Probably going to get around 3,500 - 4,ooo miles out of my rear that's on there now (qualifiers), maybe less. I like the twisty's more now than just shooting from point A to point B, at warp speed, sometimes anyway.

I had a set of BS BT021's that replaced a set of Corsa3's... I have run half a dozen tires on the bike and the 021's were leaving me feeling uneasy for what ever reason... Just did not like how the bike felt on entry or through corners..

Anyway, the front tire (BT021) lasted 5K and was bald.. never had that happen with any tire.. BS sent me a new one with a different compound (engineering change in rubber compound).. That is on the floor of my garage with another new Rear BT021 and they will go back on the bike after bash..

TO DATE: the Corsa 3 has been my favorite.. a bit short on life 3-5K but extremely good grip and pretty decent in the rain too..

Now on a side note... I have 500 miles on the front tire (Dunlop Qualifier) and this is what it looks like (I was pretty amazed how little wear has occurred.. (and yes that is the molding seam in the center yet..)
