Give me a close up of the broken piece on the oil line area of the motor...Your bike isn't in bad shape compared to what this one looked like when i started,if i didn't tell you or show you pics you would never know it..

I wouldn't recommend reusing that frame. a bike is great thing to have and all but it's not worth risking your life over in the future due to a frame failure.

just a question, why no insurance? is the bike paid for?

Have you got any estimates on repair? It will exceed what you paid for the bike at a dealership. A buddy of mine had minor damage to an R1 compared to what you have and it ran 11K through insurance to fix. No frame or swingarm damage.

Even doing it yourself is going to be up there for this bike.

no.. no estimates yet I was going to fix it my self till i noticed the crack on the weld well so far everything i need minus the forks and the headers funs me about $1571.65
