Going Back To Stock Exhaust - Tune Needed?

My recently purchased '09 has a single side two brothers exhaust. It sounds great, but it's rashes up a little. I was thinking about going back to a stock exhaust ( I have a perfect one here). The ecm is supposedly flashed for the pipe and a k&n filter, which will remain on the bike.

So the question is, how much of a difference will there be? If I put a stock pipe/header back on, how rich will it really run? Can I get away with it without a new tune? And if a tune is required, what's the best/cheapest route to go (this is a budget build)?
