Gen 2 busa 17/45 gearing

How is 17/45 gearing on a busa as far as Highway Riding? Right now I'm 17/43 and stretched 4 inches. I'm just Brainstorming.
Would I noticed a huge Difference by just going up 2 more teeth on the rear sprocket?

whats up guys ...if you could tell me what changes you have made and what do you think of them?? does a busa need anything?? could i go down 1 in the front with stock rear and still have a top speeds? please give me all your thoughts on this...thanks
