I was wondering the difference in the gen 1 and 2 exhaust. What needs to be modified for a gen 1 exhaust to fit a gen 2?
Thanks

I thought it was just that the Gen2 needed a bung hole for the O2 sensor? :dunno:

I think it's going to depend on the type of exhaust you are going with. There are really only a few minor differences. The biggest being the overall length of the exhaust (Gen II is a bit longer). If you are talking about using a stock Gen I exhaust on a Gen II (or vice versa), I would question the wisdom behind that. More hassle than it's worth. But whatever you decide to do, just make sure your head-pipe and mid-pipes clear your oil pan (both cold and hot). Good luck.

As long as the can does not have a fixed mount position, It will work.
You do need to add a bung, or have the pair valve turned off in ECU reflash
