Gen 1 / Brocks Fitment question (with picture!!)

Alien Head.

Just want to say first off that I really love this system; finally the Hayabusa can sound the way it looks.

I thought I had some room here, but after a couple rides I can see one of the header tubes and the fan are competing for the same space.

Has anyone else run into this problem? I was thinking later I'll loosen the fan mount and see if I can squeak a 16th in there or something. I really don't want to be pushing stuff around too much as it's in the radiator area.

Anyway. Has anyone else run into this issue? I'd post at Brock's, but I'm not approved for the forums yet...

Which Brock's system? May want to give Brock's a call or shoot them an email. Probably the best bet for getting an answer is go straight to the manufacturer

I usually put a couple washers bettween top rad bracket and motor,,,YOU MAY WANT TO GET AN ALUM FAN BLADE TO BEFORE IT MELTS THE PLASTIC ONE.

Excellent idea. Yeah, I don't like bending things in that area...

The contact is on the fan bracket, is there enough heat in that area to melt the fan??
