Full Exhaust Emissions

If I put a full exhaust on the bike and put the block off plates on and gut the pair system will my bike still pass emissions, I have heard people say that the cold air that is injected helps the bikes emissions so I was wondering if and how bad it could hurt when removed.

Well im stationed overseas right now and didnt know what to expect when I get back to the states. Should have used the interweb to find the answer I guess, but I did think that they had to emission test bikes, hmmm

They were trying to pass that emission test law in California but instead they made a compromise to start on 2011 bikes and newer. Do a search on "SB 435" regarding this matter. Read this http://www.abate.org/
