Front Brake Lever Contact With Piston

Just installed these aftermarket, long levers and the brake side only contacts about half of the piston. The ones I removed had full contact. I'm thinking this might cause an issue over time. Whataya think?

Well, it looks it makes contact in the middle of the piston so the force applied should still be even.
