fouling spark plugs

my 05 busa keeps fouling brand new plugs! i can change plugs and crank bike and it will foul at least one plug, usually the #1 plug. sometimes it will foul other plugs but rare. i have pc3 usb with lcd, air box mod, pair valve removed k&n filter, and full yoshi exhaust. i can't figure out what is causing this and need help!! i have checked valve clearance and synced the throttle bodies. my battery needs to be replaced, i read somewhere that a bad battery can cause this issue. any thoughts?????

Have you tried taking the PC out and seeing what happens. You didn't make a huge performance change from what I read and the bike will be fine for a few test rides without the PC IMHO. You might have a failed PC or just a corrupted map that needs replacing. You could also have a failing or failed coil on number one or stuck injector, on and on. Start with the simple stuff.
