I bought it in local PepBoys autoparts store. I dunno if you have those in Canada.

I forgot to mention, I got this same thing at Auozone. Should be able to find at almost any Auto parts store.
I wouldn't try using it for NOS, though.
I can imagine it would be almost impossible to shut it off when you needed to.
