So last night grilled up some tbones, today smoked a 5 pound pork roast and all I can say is wow. Wow is the only word in the english language that even begins to describe how flavorful, moist, tender and delicious this was. I did a lil modifications to the smoker to get the water bowl closer to the meat and it really helped. Enjoy the pics
