Wow this is a great act of heroism but the rescuers do not need to come forward. There is probably a lawyer waiting to see who they are so they can be sued for moving his body and possibly causing harm.

Awesome job! They dont need to worry about being sued, thats why we have a "good samaritan" law. They are protected as long as they were not trying to preform on site medical tasks thay were not trained for. Just like you cannot be sued for giving someone broken ribs during CPR.

anyone can be sued for anything. whether or not it pans out in court is another question.

Been a while since I took my drivers class maybe it's changed since then cause it was like 30 years ago. But back then that was only reason to move someone from an accident... and move them just like that, you don't pick them just drag as they lay or if there sitting in the car till they are clear.
