FI Lamp ecu pin question

Sorry for the daft question. As my hopes of turbo seem to be dashed for the moment next best could be a pipe etc. I cant recall exactly but Im sure I read that with a full system on a 2007 Busa the FI indicator is up and needs a mod on the ecu.....was it to take a pin out or something..??????

Please explain.
