My fan comes on without any apparent reason, whether the key is in it, the bike is off or what. It was sitting in the garage last night and the fan was just running. I turn the handlebars to the left like i'm locking the ignition and it stops but as soon as I turn them a little bit to the right, it starts. HELP!!

Id look at the wires around the neck might be a wire rubbed threw and grounding out..

The cooling fan circuit works off a GROUND.. so if hes moving the handle bars and it comes on and off id look there.. but what do i know
i should have said check the air in the rear tire.. Then you could call me stoopid .
