Radiator fan switch Bad?

Anyone else changed the switch on the radiator fan mounted on the radiator?Think mine went south,fan not coming on until the temp is to high then shuts off too early.Sometimes it don't turn on at all.Went bad in daytona this weekend figures right.Did a quick roadside emergency operation.Went to radio shack picked up some wire,splice connectors and a switch and got er going again.Now at least i can turn it on when sitting in heavy traffic and it runs normal temps.Even when i replace the fan switch i am going to mount the manual switch will be good to have anyway.

So anyway where can i get one dealer? Couldnt find one on ron ayers site that's a first.I have an extended warrantee but probably will say i voided it by putting the switch in the wiring.

Looks like the dealer is going to cover it under extended warrantee,will see before i order one.Thanks guy's.
