hey peeps, i have a question for the guys running the easy access clutch cover, how did you go about trimming the fairing half moon circle so you could get at the clutch access plate without having to remove the whole fairing? any pics or tutorials on here? and what tool's did you use not to screw the paint up? any and all help would be awsome.....thx in advance.

Tape, mark, slow razor cut through clear coat and paint, then roto zip or similar with room to file. Then a fine half round file to your finish line filing from the outside in. Careful wet 400 grit sanding will smooth it all out and deburr the backside.

As Tourbusa said, tape and mark, but used a Dremel to cut the fairing then some light filing to get it smooth and door trim to make it look nice.
