engine removal tool dimensions, please

i'm gonna build my own engine removal tools from sockets or steel tubing. the ones that have the fingers that stick out. i need the dimensions. i need the outside diameter and the inside diameter. also the length of the 4 little tangs that stick out. i think there are 2 or 3 different ones required??
