Was it remapped? What exhaust do you have.

i dont think it was remapped it was unleashed .....

No it hasn't been remapped.. I removed the TRE and sent the ecu to Frank to be flashed/edited.. Like he said Unleashed is more like it.. This fixed a few diff things...my bike is very cold natured and once installing the ecu after the flash, I don't have to use the choke
