Hi, I have a 2001 restricted Hayabusa, my newest mod are a 340 km/h clock, and my question was, can I put a 2000 ECU on my bike without any problem?

I think 2001 one may have been the start of 32 bit processing -- if so-- if so it won't work with an old 16 bit processor

I think it was 2003 for the 32 bits. It doesn't seem like a 2000 would be a prob. I doubt they made any fuel injection/ignition curve changes ect. Let us know how it goes
