'Sport Rider' they did a Street Tire Shootout in the December edition. The Dunlop Qualifer came out ahead over both the Pilot Powers and BT014s.

The rated the tires in 4 categories .. General , Braking , Traction and Steering.
They used a 600RR and a GSX-R1000 so they tried out the 180 and 190 profiles.

Just to name a few of the top rated tires...

Dunlop Qualifier, 91.4 overall
KK/GSX-R:
General: 9.1
Braking: 8.9
Traction: 9.1
Steering: 8.9
AT/CBR:
General: 9.0
Braking: 9.1
Traction: 9.6
Steering: 9.4

These should be out in January...and hopefully as cheap as the D208s are.

I love my 014s but will be trying the Qualifiers when my current supply is depleated.
 
I wonder how these new Dunlops take to rolling burnouts?

Don't see any data on wear! Wonder what kind of milage one could expect to get out of it? Thanks for the info BV!
 
Just wondering, but do any new tires ever lose a comparison test with tires that have already proven themselves? I hope they do give the pilots a run for there money. then they will make them even better!
