Derestrictors

Has anyone out there tried the Suzuki Deristrictors and do they work? I see them all over ebay and was wondering if they do what they claim(eliminate the speed restriction)

There are plenty of posts on the site about the "deristrictors" TRE's. It is a resistor that tricks the bike into thinking that it is in 5th gear all of the time. From what I have read yes they do work on the 2000-2001, supposedly they do not work on the 02's because the bike is restircted in 5th also. But I have read a couple of posts that it did work on the 02's but they used the EMS box. They people that used the PCIII said that theres did not work.
