Cutting out 1st and 2nd gear

Any Busa riders, I am having a mechanical problem and I am in need for some intell. My 2007 Busa is cutting out in first and second gear for a split second and then comes right back. It only happens when I twist the throttle hard. The bike cholts when this happens. This takes place from 6000 to 8000 rpm range. Any help will be most appriecated. If you ride at normal speed and shift gears at normal speeds you don't feel anything. When jam on the throttle you feel this in first and second gear only and the rest of the gears I am just tearing up the blacktop..

Take pictures of your plugs and post them. put them in order.

Two Brother Shorty exhaust, K&N air filter, Stock CPU remapped. Had a TRE on but already removed it.

Is the bike cutting out or are your gears jumping causing the bike to jerk? I put my money on the tranny.

I would look into the tran's. Did mine with 8K on it. Same description of problem.

I'm having the same problem only in first gear. When I put a PCIII usb on my 06 I get the fi light as well as cutting out. With the pc off it cuts out but no fi light.

The transmission jumping out of first and second will act like the bike is cutting out I just went through this. I'll bet if you accelerate very slowly it will not cut out, only when you roll on it.

I found the problem with mine. Try this unplug the gear position sensor on the right side under the gas tank. Its a white 3 wire plug. I unplugged it and no cutting out.
