Well thanks everyone! Got it off with a combination of blanca's nail clippers, pliers, and small wire snips! It put up a battle, but I won the war!

I change it like every 4-5 times maybe - never had a leak. Just one more $1.99 part they tell you to change every time to pad their income

6 years and 2 different Busas and have never changed one. Not a single issue.

Well I changed it this time around because at last oil change I left the same one on there and I was getting about a drop every 3 days under the bike after a month or 2. I checked the torque and it was fine so figuered it was the washer lets see what happens. But it was definately coming from drain plug, that I could see clearly.
