Nobody has any irrefutable proof of this or there would be action taken. Biden is not an all powerful dictator who has full control of everyone in the government. If the republican party had 100% proof, they would have used it by now.
.....and whether in office or not, shady business deals are the norm with these multi millionaire/billionaires.....
If a person were slimy before taking office, they are slimy while in office, there is no magic wand that stops this.
