clutch question

when ordering a clutch kit, do i need to order just the fibers, or should i get the fibers and steels? I am thinking about getting a dp clutch kit, is this about the same as oem? my bike has 40,xxx miles on it and the springs are getting weak so i think its about time.

If you have not taken it apart to inspect yet...go ahead and get a full kit. If you need them you will have them...if not save them for next time.

Most likely when you have them, you will just use them.

be sure to soak the new fibers in fresh motorcycle oil
