Thanks guys, I will check the idling first thing. I am not sure as I have had the bike started for almost 2 weeks but I believe it is lower than 1150 rpm. Will the TPS being out hurt the bike?

Last time I started my Busa (cold) I noticed that the clutch was rather noisy. When I pulled in the clutch lever the noise stopped. It also stopped after the engine got warm. Is this natural. I only have 1000+ miles on it and am not really gotten use to all the sounds that it should and should not make.

That sound is the bearing loading and unloading on the trans shaft for the clutch basket.First make sure you have your bike at the proper idle speed 1150rpm and the throttle bodies have to be unk or it will cause an uneven load on the crank at idle which will also cause the sound you have discribed.also 2000 have a rougher idle than 99 and you might hear it more in a 2000 than 99. If after doing all this and it is still very noticable to the dealer you go and have it checked out or at least documented.
