weird clutch noise, twice now

Yesterday I was rolling along in 3rd, about 45 mph, soccer mom slams brakes for no reason. I grabbed 2nd real quick and heard a kinda "CHOOO" noise, anyone else?
Happened about a month ago too stopping fast off a wheelie.

If you haven't done Brock Device, it may just be the back torque limiter slipping. It's designed to do that under hard compression braking, to lessen the chance of rear tire locking up.

Thanks, DaveO. I've always been one to use the gearbox/front brake rather than the back brake(never touch it), scared of a slide. Glad they did that, huh?
