Clutch Hand

Well, after changing her oil and getting her all prettied-up this morning the weather/roads (most of them cleaned) was nice enough to take her out today. Went on a nice ride and man, after about 2 hours I could barely change gears my hand/wrist hurt so much!

I suppose that's one of the downfalls of not being able to ride year round so, guess we'll just have to get more riding time in...

Buy a hand grip trainer and use it when watching TV, and don't forget Ibuprofen before rides!
