well, let me tell ya.........I'm in the heating and air business and I had this customer that was just a freaking idiot !!!! I had done business with this guy a few times at his business and his rental home, no problems... I install a system in his home and few weeks later he apparently drinks a 1/5 of gin and start running his mouth on my voicemail about how his home would not cool down to 68 degrees, and all it could make is 74 (no crap,, its a 100 degrees outside and with his house that was good, I promise you) .(then he starts getting personal)....I'll spare you guys all the details..But anyway I call him back and ask him what the problem is and he was saying how he's not a nice guy and I should meet him in the parking lot.....Then I lost it ,, I told the guy if he ever said anything about me or my family that I would cave his skull in......and so forth

But what I'm trying to say is that when your busting your tail trying to run a good business and please everyone. all it takes is that one bad customer and you just want to say the hell with it. I do believe in customer satisfaction but there are some individuals who are out to take advantage of that by simply not wanting to pay for something in the first place.. They even stoop to lying about products and performance....But what I have realized there are alot more good customers than bad ones, and for the bad ones this aint burger king or wal-mart you always don't get it your way !!!!

+1,, i was was going to stay out of this, but Daniel, this guy is an a$$ period! I was in retail for over 15 years, you can never make every customer happy,,,, its impossible!!!!!! There is all ways 1 a$$ in the crowd!

It seems to me that they is enough members sticking up for you! In both forums.
And as for you species0113,, if your not happy with your purchase,, you have plenty of other ways of dealing with this, a refund to start with, your credit card company, or just a phone call. This drama is bullshit! GROWUP! And be a man, or crawl under a rock!!!!!!!!

Daniel is one of the nicest and most trustworthy people in the industry! I could give you example after example of situations in which he passed up chances to make money on me and instead bailed me out with his time and knowledge.
I will tell you that my bike bike monopolized his dyno for the better part of half of a day and guess how much he charge me... NOT A DAMN THING! When my bike had an electrical gremlin and in my desperation and exasperation I almost bought a brand new harness for 380.00) do you know who voluntarily posted up a response and sent me one...Daniel. Guess how much he charged me...NOT A DAMN THING! I was shocked about the shipping price though. It was $8,  Guess how much of that shipping I paid for...NOT A DAMN THING. He spent $8 of his own money to send me a $380.00 part (if I bought it from the dealership) for free, without me asking. So when one customer, out of a fricken billion over the top satisfied customers, comes on to this board and dumps his ***** load all over his keyboard, guess what it means to me...NOT A DAMN THING!!!
Thank you Daniel for your years of support. Don't let one guy make you think we all don't know just how hard you try to keep us all happy. He's got no reason to *****, he ought to be thanking you.
I'd like you all to notice too how Daniel didn't bring this situation down to a mud-slinging personal attack fest. It's a very natural res ponce to fight back and start using name calling and threats in this sort of situation. It takes a lot of inner strength to just address the issue at hand. He is a man ot f great character. Good on ya' Daniel!
