I've seen this problem on car and motorcycle forums, folks who cleaned/serviced there fuel pump and injectors the way they should, with back flushing and all....but still there car or bike runs like crap. First off, and this should all been done, but make sure you cleaned every line and rail from pump to injector. Your next step is not gonna be to just hook it up and start the bike. Your going to connect a silicon hose to your tank(fuel line) and dump this one in a jerrycan with a funnel containing something like a white coffee filter. I would hook up my tank to a battery with alligator clips and pump atleast 1 or 2 ltr inside this jerrycan/filter, and see if crap came out. You could just prime multiple times, but takes more time. If you dont and crap did came lose then all your hard work was for nothing and just entered your injector filters or worse, your injectors. Hope this helps.
