Choosing a Dyno shop..

I've never had my bike dyno'd and I'm wondering what makes one shop better than another. What should I be looking for to determine if I've found a good shop before I hand over the keys? Would the criteria be different if I'm going to use the shop to do a break-in of a new bike?

Fare enough, JC... any advice on what questions to ask the tuner? Any designations to ask about? Certificates?
