Didn't see 50 bikes on two passes, great ride, and crazy temps.

Some pasta at the gap. Don't see many "pairs" of these.

WOW, I just checked the map. That looks like one hell of a road.

What's up with the name? I thought a "skyway" would be a bridge or something.

Cool pix...love the Agustas

Nope, not me. Funny stuff on the yellow mini busa, Jay traded his Bandit for a TL1000. Ever since the trade, I see those things everywhere.

They have a cookout and a band every Saturday at five o'clock. I will probably go this weekend. Drop by if you can:beerchug:

I'll try and make it down there with my two in tow. We are going down to Dahlonega, GA to look over a new watering hole a friend told me about. It is just south of the Suches loop and has a full service dealership (Aprilia) and also a tire shop open on Sunday. You are welcome to ride if you want, the Suches run is always a good ride.

Here is a linky to their site: Riders Hill - Home of Black Mountain Cycles, European Motorsports, Tire Technicians, Inc. and Six Gap Cafe - Dahlonega, GA - Home

Sounds like fun, what time are you hitting the roaq?

We'll meet up Saturday at the BP station on HWY 64 at the intersection of APD-40 and HWY 64 at 8:30. Any and all are welcome.

Time is flexible.

Wow! Those temps were awesome. Especially for August!... Seeing that inland in Raleigh it was in the mid 90's. What a difference! This thread gets me even more pumped up for the Fall Bash  As for the MV Augusta's ....can't think of an easier way to screw up a beautiful, lightweight race bike then to put a set of heavy azz chrome wheels on it. :duh: But hey....I'm sure they stay parked a lot more then they get ridden
