cheap paint job?

I seen some paint jobs that had mistakes in it, I'll usually keep it to myself. why stick the knife in deeper..
the bigger the job, the more room you have for errors..

this is my sons bike prefitting the upperfaring before paint..
what you see in the above bike pics were right after the parts were cleared no buffing was done..
