Chain slack

How much slack should there be in the chain? I thought it was between 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Mine has got to be close to 1 inch.

Snug it up... chains stretch.

if you ride aggressive, keep it loose, it will need the extra slack when the swingarm comes up - tip learned trackside

IIRC, it's 20 - 30 mm ( 1" being 25.4 mm). I'd keep it at 1". 1/2" is almost guarantee you gonna stretch it in some places.
