Camp trip 18 in the books .

6096 miles towed , one set of tires ( improvement over stock cheap trailer tires ) 4 new Libra 7500 pound support jacks as oem China ones were falling apart .
Pretty hot out 99 at the lake but humidity was low . Made home made spaghetti dinner . Meat balls , spicy Italian sausage based sauce . Tianne made a nice salad , and we baked some fresh bread in the oven .
Read several chapters from Rick Warren's book a Purpose Driven Life . Slept well , and the fur babies were spoiled as usual .
The two mile hike around Double lake near Cold Spring Texas was killer on them .

Saw many deer . Took the mountain bikes as trails are great , but forgot my helmet so never took them out of truck

Oh you mean little flying blood sucking bats ? yes we do . Last year this same camp we couldnt enjoy the trip due to them . You would breathe in , and get them in your nose . This trip though not a one . They are usualy bad a few days after rain storms . Ponds / lakes the frogs , and fish eat them fast as larvae. Where they come from in big numbers is standing water like puddles , and small bodies of water with little or no predators to eat them .
