brocks and buell peg question

Just curious, the buell peg mod was done on the bike when i got it, so i wasnt sure if it was a different rear set or if it was just pegs, or generally how the mod was done...

None the less, but i was curious, does the buell peg mod cause any clearance issues with the brocks shortmeg setup?
