Bike want start

I have a 05 Busua it turns over but want start. I've changed the stator and spark plugs but it still want start. Any suggestions on what it could be?

Check the battery voltage "Under A Load" and see what you get. I believe the Injectors need a Solid 12 Volts to open.

Is the fuel pump running? There are a lot of great guys and gals here but we need more info or we will just be stabbing in the dark.
