So it looks like it's been some time since anyone updated this. I am not here alot so I am not sure what all everyone knows but here goes.
During this entire mess Rod lost a lot of things, house, wife, kids, busa, to name a few. It's a long story that I am sure most of you already know.
He continues to get better and can type a little but can be difficult to understand at times. Last I spoke with his sister he was driving a utv/golf cart around his parents place which is his home now also. He can get up and walk with a cane, but his speech is not there yet. His left side (if I remember) has no strength but he has been working on that in physical therapy.
The bike was located earlier this year and he does have it back now.
Long story short is that he is doing better and continues to make huge strides in his recovery and we all pray for a complete recovery.

Rod if you or Trudy are reading this........We miss you buddy.

I got up to see Rod about a year ago. Geez, I can't believe it has been that long. I need to get up and see him again. I know he really likes it when we post up messages here to him, or even on Extreme for those of you on both boards. He needs our encouragement and prayers. The stroke Rod had would have killed the average person. But Rod is strong and continues to persevere.

Merry Christmas to you Rod my friend. I keep saying I'll be back up to visit, one day I'll get it together and be up, hopefully with DJ too.

God bless you man!

Tom.
