I was needing to find a carbon helmet due to a couple of herinated disc in my neck and ended up with an AGV Pista. This is a non-DOT that I ordered from the UK, that is about 4 oz lighter that the US Pista. Guy Martin Replica available only across the pond.

I also vote for arai. I don't use prescription glasses, but I've used mine with several types of non motorcycle specific sunglasses and fit just fine.

Love my AGV. Tried on many brands and this fit the best on me. Plus, I wanted something bright...checked that box!
