Bad resets rpm

Hello everybody!
Sorry for my English, i will try to describe the problem
Surely someone has faced such a problem earlier.

Bad resets rpm, if you press the accelerator. Hangs at 2000rpm for about 30 seconds.
The injector and airbox cleaned, vacuum hoses fine, gauges in working condition (re-installed from a working motorcycle). TPS -C00. 2nd air valve removed

Warmed up, what rpm does the bike idle at?

1150-1250 rpm

If your bike hangs at 2,000 rpm after you "rev" the throttle, it sounds like your fuel mixture is lean. I would check all the hosing first, especially how the stock map sensor is plumbed. You should also let us know what your setup is (full or slip on pipe, powercommander, and other mods).

Noticed, that in the manual is different the photo and the drawing

I changed marks on a camshafts, like on photo.

In both cases, the 2nd cylinder is wet.
Tried changed injector.

No result((

Binding throttle cable?, stiff throttle linkage on end of throttle bodies, could try disconnecting one of the cables from the linkage and open it by hand at the linkage, see if the revs still hang.
It has characteristics of a dodgy TPS.

Check spark at that coil . . .

I finally solved the problem.
The inlet valves were not completely closed due to the soot. 4 valves were not subject to repair at all. Removed soot, adjusted all the saddles, adjusted the gaps, polished the plane and everything OK!)

What was causing the soot? Sounds like something was/is creating an extra rich environment there.

Of course I changed them with new ones.
