I got a blue one and am happy. When I placed my order my colour choice was "which ever color you can get me right now is the right one"......

Keeping the gold wheels clean is a chore though, Ziggy

I've got an '02 Black and Blue and have always liked it, so I got the same colors this time.

I liked the orange and black the first time I saw the K8!
I bought an orange and black after I saw it at the dealer!
Still think orange and black is the sweetest of the three!

I too was torn. I really wanted the 07 Blue on an 08.  I had an 02 Black and Blue and LOVED the color.  I wasn't crazy about the 08 blue at all. Not to mention the gold wheels.  So I went down to make my purchase.  The dealer had a blue and an orange.  I wasn't crazy about either.  I had them pull the blue one out in the sun to see what it really looked like. (how often do you look at your bike in Arc Sodium lights?)  I liked it better, but on a whimm, I had them pull the orange one out in the sun too.   I had already made up my mind to buy the blue one, but since I didn't LOVE the color, I thought I'd look at my options. (I DON'T like the metalic blackish grey one at all)(if it was solid black I'd like it)  Once the orange hit the sunlight my mind was made up.  I LOVED it. And I didn't think I would.  I have no regrets at all for buying the orange. I always get complements on the color.  Besides, its the fastest color.

The orange is so pretty the blue/black and grey/black look the same...dark the orange is bright and happy...like a nice sunny day.

I can honestly say that I liked all the K8 colors. I don't regret my Orange and black a bit. I love it!

I got the Orange one and the only complaint is that I dont have the 07 Orange / Black 1000 to go with it :-)

I really liked the orange, but I think I made the right choice with the blue. I think the orange will look like a 70s Trans Am did in the 80s. Out of place.
The blue, black and gold will be a timeless design.
