Advices needed

I have a 2006 motor and I was recommended following:
- GiPro/ATRE Blue GSX 1300R
- Power Commander 3 USB
- Dynojet Quick Shifter 4-112

I know the PC but the other parts I dont, can anyone help me out on this?
For the quick shifter I would think I am missing the shifter rod or? Which one should I choice?
